Second Floor Studios & Arts

Second Floor Studios & Arts (SFSA) was established in 1997 and is the UK's largest single site affordable studio space project for visual and fine artists, craft makers and designers. Our core aim is providing best quality studios and facilities at monthly rental prices our members can afford and whom would otherwise struggle to find comparable studio workspace on the open commercial market. SFSA is a membership organisation with the core aim of supporting artists, crafts makers and designer makers with best quality affordable studio spaces, workshops and facilities. We currently have a membership of over 470 people, all at varying stages of their careers, ranging from recent graduates, emerging artists and makers to long established practitioners.
