Smartify

Smartify is a global technology platform with a mission to help people make meaningful connections with humanity’s shared culture and heritage. We combine the data-driven approach of Spotify, Netflix and Amazon with ethical design principles in order to deliver digital transformation in the cultural sector. For visitors, Smartify is an elegant tour guide that uses AI, machine vision and geolocation to instantly identify objects and return engaging multimedia information. For users at home, Smartify is a personalised planning tool to browse collections, explore trending exhibitions and purchase tickets. For museum staff, Smartify’s straightforward CMS combines a collection database, tour creator tools, ticketing, donations and real-time audience data. Taken as a whole, our unique platform provides an end-to-end toolkit to drive engagement with culture and cross-pollination of audiences. The app is available at a global network of partner venues, including many of the world’s most popular museums such as London’s National Gallery, the Louvre, Smithsonian and State Hermitage Museum.
