Spartans Gym covers a MASSIVE 38,000 square feet and includes many different areas dedicated to all types of fitness, weight loss and weight training.15,000 sqft of fully equipped training space suitable for a large range of different training styles. Cardio machines, old school body building equipment and brand new specifically built bio-mechanically precise machines, competition grade power lifting benches, racks, platforms and functional training space equipped with all that is required for a functional session, rehabilitation work or just general warms ups. The main gym also features a large projector, over 10 fans, cooling and the Spartans ‘fitness for everyone’ vibe. Everyone knows that exercise is good for you.
