Wiser exists because four friends realised that the environment they wanted to succeed in didn’t exist. Most work environments are overly corporate, focusing on age, experience and tenure. We wanted to create a place that doesn’t subscribe to the preconceptions of what a company should be – an environment that ignores the ordinary and encourages people to be better. Wiser is a creative and recruitment agency and has been voted #1 Best Company to Work for in London. Our mission is to change the relationship between people and employers by offering end-to-end service from employer branding to talent attraction and recruitment. Wiser is split into two main teams: Creative and Recruitment. Wiser’s creative team helps brands to attract better people through digital/creative design, web design, video production and brand consultancy.
