Thirty-two lessons learned during the text, sequence and interaction unit. This project was to create a notebook to provide next years students with helpful tips. I have added some coloured paper at random intervals to make it a more vibrant notepad.

This was a personal set brief to reflect upon the past unit and make a notebook filled with small pieces of advice. The idea was to create something that next years second years could use whilst doing the unit of Text, Sequence and Interaction which would give small bits of knowledge that I have acquired whilst completing the unit myself. A lot of the bits of advice have been from personal experiences and are what I would tell myself if I could go back.
The process was to collate all of the small bits of advice for myself that I had in to one document so that I could begin the layout. I had a collection of 32 bits of advice so began that layout, using a six column grid with widely space baselines. I added in various blank pages to allow for this being a notebook, but also wanted it to be a fairly vibrant notebook too, so added extra coloured pages also.

“Good humorous approach.”
“Exciting use of colour throughout the book.”
“Quirky size pocket notebook.”
-Peer feedback.
