3D Modelling - Single Footed Jumping Robot

Designed a single footed jumping robot, inspired by frog’s legs. The project exercised my creative thinking, my ability to design under constraints, Matlab and CAD skills. My robot jumps over obstacles of 30cm in height as well as 30cm in range, based on calculations and assumptions. The jumping robot includes a self-righting mechanism and ingress protection of IP54. All components and materials lie within budget a of 100 GBP. Simulation tools were used, as well as mathematics to inform decisions made on components (Matlab, Solidworks, CES EduPak). During this project, I picked up CAD skills and the robot was cadded within 2 weeks.
