3D Printable Footwear Design Components

One year ago I met Geraldine Delemme, graduated Footwear Designer actually working for Camilla Elphick (indipendent London's footwear brand). When we met each other she was working on her Final Collection for the London College of Fashion's Footwear Course.
She needed to make few shapes for her designs, thing that was strugglin her quite a lot because the english and italian's artisans were asking her quite a lot of money, difficult amounts to efford at the time.
We ended up talking about my 3d architecture design experience and we though about making a 3d printable model to create the first prototype at least to check out how the shapes look like on the shoes.
The printed prototype, made out from a FDM 3d printed in PLA, was good and after the sanding process it was looking great! So we decided to proceed and make all the shapes she needed.
The collection was really appreciated from the magazines and right now the collection is exposed around the world, actually in Shangai.
I'm still working for Geraldine, making for her mainly printable heels components, and also working on our relationship.
