A Beautiful Mess

A Beautiful Mess takes us to the heart of Rome’s charm and overwhelming chaos through the everyday lives of four quirky inhabitants.

Through this contrasting portrait, the city gives us the idea of a place stuck in time while movement is all around.
Indeed, the town is discovered through Rome's main train station: Roma Termini.
The station is filthy and unorganised, yet it is surrounded by some of the capital's most ancient vestige. It is a swarming place that thousands of travellers go through everyday.
People can't get enough of Rome but why do its inhabitants perceive it so differently to its visitors?

To the characters, the city is dirty yet mesmerizing, unbearable to stay yet impossible to leave.
