Since 2014 I've been in charge of the production of the festival and of the development of the communication strategy.
Each year I handle every aspect of the executive production of the event, including:
- recruitment/training/organisation of the volunteers
- afterparty and concerts on Lake Sirio
- ticket office, bar and info point
- many other amazing stuff
As communication strategist I:
- develope the online and offline communication strategy of the event
- create and publish the editorial plan
- create and coordinate digital partnerships
- analize the social media activity
- coordination the social media team during the event
During the fifth edition I also created and developed the successful crowdfunding campaign (305% of money raised), that has allowed the extension of the Festival to two days.
