A project focusing on the decline and regeneration of the Heygate estate in Elephant and Castle, London, following the huge change this is having on the local community, and how peoples identity linked to their homes and the city, is in transition. Focusing on industrial materials, the theme of regeneration has been key to my practice, where regeneration is symbolic for the continual change of personal identity, especially within the city and how difficult it is to grow roots and that what may be identified as home is constantly transient.
