I took part in a pitch for the Address hotels website this year. It was my responsibility to produce one route for the pitch which included easier ways to book, a more visual experience and overall a greater ease of use for the customer.
To start with I did a large amount of research into luxury hotel chains, booking engines, responsive layouts and mobile websites.
I produced several visuals which the creative director presented to client. The homepage housed a great deal of information but I condensed that into a drop down navigation so that only the booking function was present so the user was still able to access information about each of the Address' five hotel locations.
I showed how the website would be viewed on a laptop in terms of how the user could scroll down to reveal more content.
