All things, by their nature is a study of connections. I explore the way in which I use installations within my landscapes to manipulate the perception of the location from its previous stereotype. I believe by using this aspect of installation we can view and appreciate the varied locations with a fresh mindset, reset by manipulation and allowing the location to become an art piece in itself. The viewing process, I believe, is a self-reflective one, as the viewer can question their perception of landscape imagery and how installations can alter this.
