Project: Cashback Origami

Role: Art Direction, Animation, Model making
Commissioned to animate three TV commercials advertising an American Express membership rewards scheme, paid on everyday purchases such as travel, food and entertainment spending (hence the receipts). Production consisted of stop motion photography of animated Origami. The client was so happy with the results that the final models spawned a print campaign and the concept is still used in their global advertising to this day. Lead animation by Dele Nuga and Creative Direction by Pavel Ivanov. Origami fold patterns by Mark Bolitho.
