Anti-racism Zine

  • Dominika Gemra
How have graphic design contributed to the inequality problem and how it raised awareness of it.
The Zine is split in half so the user can read from both sides, exploring anti-racist graphic design from one and racist graphic design from the other side.
As a part of my research I ran a short survey about racism and discovered that 57% respondents have witnessed racist behaviour, but only 7,8% were involved in anti-racism movement. Furthermore when it comes to anti-racist campaigns many people don’t remember any poster or graphic design work associated with it. As a respond to that I decided to create my own posters which thumbnails I would include with in my Zine.
