KNOMI - Digital Marketing & Content Creation

KNOMI is a fashion social discovery app: we help thousands of high-income tourists and locals finding the most exclusive, independent and high-end boutiques in the city of London. Influencers, bloggers and friends share their favourite products and spots so that you'll never miss a hidden gem and fall into Oxford Street mainstream.
For 2 years, I worked in the app development process and built KNOMI's social media footprint developing branding, relevant content for social media, app features and newsletters.
Later, at the beginning of 2016 I became head of user acquisition and retention, leveraging my social and digital marketing skills in order to boost user growth. Working in a fashion start-up, with limited resources and a small marketing team allowed me to grow my user acquisition experience while also learning a lot about user retention and e-commerce optimisation.
I worked in the whole user acquisition and retention chain, planning growth strategies, developing new promotional campaigns, curating content within the app and improving the user experience based on analytic reports and app KPIs.
Not only have I kept growing my graphic design skills, but I also complemented it with digital marketing knowledge and became a data-driven content producer: I know how to read analytic reports and translate them into beautiful, selling and evocative images that are relevant to the customer.
It worked! From the official launch in September 2015 until end of 2016, we had over 15k users registered, with 2k MAU (monthly active users) and had the most prestigious fashion brands onboard such as Vivienne Westwood, Christopher Kane, Victoria Beckham and many more.
