Art Director: Kiteworld Magazine

From issues 31 to 76 I was sole designer and art director of Kiteworld magazine, it's travel guide supplements and online marketing. The magazine is the biggest selling internationally in its field and consists of around 150 pages each issue. There was a huge amount of work involved, and the editor and I would work very closely ensuring each issue was individually unique in its content and design, and delivered the best content for its loyal following. The two covers below are my favourites I designed for Kiteworld. I was lucky to given full reign with the design and I loved playing with typography, and composition of the written word, while keeping the overall design slick and clean, with a mature look and feel, while still appealing to the readers personalities.
