Chris' heart attack shook his world. This film documents his drastic lifestyle change, determination, and support from his wife Aldona. Working closely with the Fixing Us and AstraZeneca team, I directed, shot and edited this film. Like all the health-issues films I have worked on with Fixing Us, it needed a delicate touch, and building rapport with Chris and Aldona was essential in ensuring that such a sensitive topic was handled properly, and the right tone was struck.
