will become a fusion of observations, facts and photography illustrating situations from real life under the socialist regime created in order to break the traditional confines of the public's views on the era and its aesthetics. The intertwining text and the visual material forming the project are supported by thorough research of the subject and authentic testimonies and opinions of people who lived through this era.

This project should serve as a complex illustration of the era and a kind of eye-opener mainly for the younger generation, which often lacks interest and a deeper insight into what life under the socialist regime looked and felt like.. Being the last generation in contact with the regime, I feel it is my current mission in life to explore this topic, and furthermore leave something behind.
