Atlas Partners Group - Rebrand

The brand identity with its new contemporary look was rolled out across the website, creating a consistent online presence. The website was built with content management in mind, making it easy for Atlas to add new projects whenever they wanted, keeping users up to date with progress and development. Atlas Partners Group Ltd (APG) incorporates a diverse group of companies set up primarily to work as a property development company. The group is focused mainly on working in the South East of England but also has developments further afield.
The APG works closely with investors to procure opportunities securing land for development and buildings for redevelopment as quality homes. This commercial enterprise is driven by the demand for quality homes people aspire to live in.
APG wanted this quality to be represented in their rebrand and online identity, so Tapestry was appointed to create a new Dynamic Logo that would work across all their developments, as well as a new website to showcase their projects.
As the leading designer on this project myself and the creative team worked on understanding APG market position within the property development sector.
We made the decision early on into the project to make the logo reflect the higher end of the property market and to create a contemporary 'wordmark' logo that would stand the test of time.
APG previous logo had started to look tired and no longer represented the direction of the business. We also felt the new brand identity would have a lot more flexibility going forward. This will come into play within the near future when the brand will be extended to create subsidiaries of APG. This would be determined by the use of colour and a change within the logo ie wording 'group' to 'investments'.

The management at APG received some excellent feedback from key stakeholders rebrand identity and the website so much so we are currently focusing on another subsidiary.
