Established in 2001, Audio Network is an independent music company, breaking down boundaries to deliver authentic and creative music solutions to content creators in every industry, all around the world. The company collaborates with over 750 talented composers and artists, and has over 100,000 tracks in its catalogue, carefully curated into albums and playlists in every genre. Its client base includes all major broadcasters, independent production houses, post houses and a range of smaller corporate and creative companies.
As their first in-house designer, I helped establish a design department, later joined by UX, digital designers and a network of freelancers. The design department has worked to establish a strong visual identity, re-branding the company in 2015 alongside branding strategy consultancy from Calling Brands. As the lead creative and designer on the re-brand, I worked collaboratively with the design, marketing and content teams to deliver a cohesive look and feel to the brand.
Since the relaunch, it has very much been an evolutionary project, using the guidelines produced as a visual basis to help launch new projects for the company including a partnership with Adobe Premiere Pro, a new video content series aimed at filmmakers and new e-commerce licenses to grow the business.
