Axisweb are one of the UK's leading art organisations, promoting modern art across the UK and Europe.
Axisweb makes revenue from a membership base who use their website to showcase their own art - all curated by Axisweb's board. As a digital business, their site was not working as hard as it could be (the same platform had evolved and been adapted over 10 years).
I led the team at Code that built Axisweb's latest platform. The project consisted of research and strategy, complex personas and user journeys and a lengthy technical architecture definition phase.
I was supported by a project manager and a producer who managed the project with an agile methodology; Scrum.
Whilst agile has it's benefits from a delivery perspective, this project truly tested by client services skills!!
I'm pleased to say conversion rate has increased by 30% to date.
