Re-imagine and re-design Balfron Tower. This project is all about the re-thinking of the interior and challenge the accepted norms.
The re-design should provide the building with a future without losing a sense of its past, creating new concepts, aspirations, emotions and culminating in a blueprint for modern living, post 2015. The project considers in particular the volume of the separate service tower. The aim is to amplify the sense of community through the use of well-prepared and flexible communal spaces. The space becomes then a triple high ceiling area, exalting the beautiful high and narrow windows.
