Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45. CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) wanted a big campaign umbrella that raised this issue with a positive call to action. As part of The Drum's DO IT DAY, creatives gave their time for free... THE BEST MAN PROJECT was born. Being a best mate is a shining example of friendship, so why leave it for a wedding? We shot the film in such away that we unlocked male emotion. Making the awkward, perfectly natural. And watchable. Content drove to site, where you could learn how to spot the signs of suicidal behaviour.
