For the Future Film and “Teenager Kicks" events that took place in the British Film Institute, I designed one of the bedroom sets. This served as an exhibition set and also as a set for two short films.
The main theme of the set was 'lost soul', so I created an American-born Japanese geek character and his bedroom, which is the only place for him to escape from the reality of the outside world.
This project involved set design, floor planning, structure building, prop sourcing, prop making and set dressing.
