'Big Paws, Little Feet' - Children's Interior Collection

Inspired by the Polar Regions of the world including The Arctic and Antarctic environments, the ‘Big Paws, Little Feet’ collection comprises accessories for an interior (nursery or playroom) and is intended for children aged 7 years and below. The purpose is to encourage them to engage in play, explore their imagination and interact through tactile and sensory experiences. The imaginative concept has developed from a unique, stylised approach to mark making. The fun and playful designs derive from my ‘painterly’ handprints that are recreations of children’s drawing styles and creativity. The tactile collection displays a colourful combination of watercolour, pencil, digital print and occasionally embellishment. A concept that I believe is perfect and practical for little ones to let their imaginations run wild and narrate their own stories.
