BRIEF: To demonstrate the length & breadth of programming, talent and access across the Box TV Network. To push awareness that the channels 4Music, The Box, Smash Hits, Magic, Kiss, Kerrang and Heat all belong to one network.

EXECUTION: Showreels can be incredibly time consuming jobs, but the advantage of producing 95% of the Box TV Networks promotional trails is that I have vast knowledge of our inventory allowing me to pull together clips of programming & interviews in a relatively short space of time. This showreel was put together over 4 days and primarily used as a ‘hype’ piece - to get corporate stakeholders excited about what the network does.
The talent was chosen to show a mix of genres as well as talent that an older, more corporate audience would recognise (Katy Perry, Green Day, Alan Carr, Lady Gaga), with some fresher faces thrown in to keep it relevant.
The end goal was to produce a piece that felt jam-packed with content to get excited out.
