Brand identity for a company "Engine Capital" from Sydney Australia that provides mortgage-backed commercial loans to SMEs & developers. They do this by working with mortgage brokers, to add extra lending options to their toolkits when they are struggling with time, bureaucracy or rigid servicing rules imposed by other lenders. The main challenge was to have a strong representation among the competitors that could instantly draw attention to the dynamic of the business to the multiple possibilities to get the mortgages. The concept highlights the key advantages of the company: focusing on a fresh perspective in the field, where things are dynamic and swift and have fast approvals instantly. The symbol is clean, simple, and multidimensional and it highlights the main mission of "powered finance" and "accelerated lending".
