Browns Fashion is a London-based women’s and men’s fashion store selling high-end designer brands. Browns is fashion forward, selling the coolest product from the coolest designers. With their email and digital design Browns aimed to increase conversion and AVO through the website.
Keeping with their brand identity we redesigned Browns least performing email templates to include product and utilise their existing imagery, this has made their emails easily shoppable and eye-catching which has improved CTR, AOV and conversion.
