Burberry Activewear AW17

We were given the requirement to create a new range plan for AW17 for Burberry to launch in the Regent street store and one of Burberry stores overseas. Considerations needed to be made for the target consumers in both locations and be given recommendations of changes in the product mix for the two markets. After given a 15 min presentation on the range plan, we were given a 3000 words report reflecting on product development, range planning, merchandising& buying strategies and costings, based on interpreting the data on the UK/global market.

Create a 4000 word report and presentation where there is intensive research on the Eudon Choi current marketing strategy, on the overall market and market needs, the competitive environment and develop a growth strategy for their online environment. Recommendations to be made on the branding, product mix strategy, pricing strategy promotion strategy for Eudon Choi not be successful online and offline.
