Coordinated the launch of the first ever Burberry Beauty Box store in London in December 2013, a new retail format translating the Burberry Beauty vision into a physical space.
Developed new physical and digital customer experiences, supervised architecture planning, media creation, recruitment, training development and delivery; created merchandising guidelines and animation plan.
Following the success of the London store, 5 more flagship locations to open by end of 2015.
