Richmond Towers were tasked with invigorating the humble walnut – bringing their sunshine-state story to the UK and engaging foodies and wellness hunters alike.

The Meredith Collective began by taking the brief quite literally, building a replica walnut grove in the heart of Shoreditch and transforming a white space into an abundant dining experience.
Engaging two-time Michelin Chefs flown in from the States to design and host the evenings, it attracted not only foodie influencers but also the American Ambassador! A true seal of approval for this authentic taste of home.

Featuring an array of dishes ranging from burrata with tikka masala and walnut crumble to cannelloni with beets and duck jus and walnut cake with brown butter and apples for dessert. Complete with Californian inspired cocktails!

Designing, building and producing stand-out booths at consumer events, the Balance Festival and Wanderlust we replicated a walnut orchard to bring to life the organic nature of this healthy next-gen, superfood.
