Campaign Management

- Pivotal in implementing a commercially focused, cross-divisional digital campaign strategy and go-to-market process as part of the overall marketing strategy for the business.
- Instrumental in the full implementation of marketing automation, incorporating Salesforce CRM, Hubspot automation and email platform, for the first time enabling integration and analysis of multiple channels, web, social and rich media.
- Responsible for defining target audiences in consultation with multiple stakeholders and overseeing segmentation techniques.
- Implemented multiple email nurture workflows and segmented data accordingly, delivering an average CTR of 27%.
- Implemented the company’s personas used by Business Development Representatives and the Sales team. This influenced the messaging around all target segmentation; countries, markets and personas.
- Instigated a strategy to ensure the company is GDPR compliant, this will be rolled out at the beginning of 2018.
- Managed relationships with design and video contractors, resulting in the production of three case study videos and a product video.
- Implemented a yearlong forward look marketing plan and content strategy, covering global markets.
