Design agency Carter Wong created this brief for the Black Sheep Awards 2015. The perceptions of estate agents are somewhat negative, due to lack of trust and hidden costs. Buying, selling and renting houses is a highly stressful and emotive experience.
Glasshouse is an identity based on transparency to change perceptions and rebuild the relationship between estate agents and clients. The tagline 'Transparency is key' communicates the honest and transparent nature of Glasshouse. The touch points include a transparent stationery set, to be sent to clients. A see through for sale sign enables people to see each property through the sign- illustrating the importance of trust.
