Channel Hopper is a deck of cards you can used to explore and create ecosystems and customer experiences.
The deck of cards includes 50 experience channels - use these cards to play games and run exercises to think beyond the obvious - along with a number of suggestions for games you could play, but feel free to invent your own too.
You can also create your own cards if you have any specific touchpoints relevant to your own business or brand, or to explore new channels and technologies.
