He put together a pilot and one transmitted film for Zoo, the second of the series, which many people think their favourite. It was characterised by liveliness, pace, wit and good story-telling. Rashid went on to work on Children’s Hospital, in which he has so far edited five half hour programmes. His sense of structure, pace and narrative are ideal for such a series. He edits very quickly, and he brings a great deal of thought to what he is doing. He is devoted to the project he has in hand, and will not spare time and energy to get it right.
