Following the successful launch of its award-winning book, Cities of Love: Roadmap for Sustaining Future Cities, Inception developed the Cities of Love Awards (COLA). While the book was written to encourage people to live sustainably by showing love to their cities, the awards bring recognition to individuals and groups who are already actively doing so.
Using a minimal palette of reds and greys, we designed a vibrant visual identity that would align with the existing Inceptionand Green Living brands. The site features a custom-built submission form as well as a downloadable PDF of the brief.
Since the site was launched, it has gained a significant amount of attention from local institutions. To date, the Cities of Love Awards has more than 10 supporting partners and 5 media partners, with award submissions continuing to flood in.
