Clearasil (‘Selfie face\off’)


Problem: With so many skin care products on the market ‘Clearasil’ were finding it difficult to stay current with their young target market.


Objective: Find a way of creating buzz around their latest range of products. Bridge the gap between ‘Clearasil’ and their target market by increasing interaction.


Solution: ‘Selfie face\off’ was born. A large screen was set up outside Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. People were then encouraged to take a selfie and tweet it using the hashtag #ShowYourFace If chosen, the picture would be shown on the big screen, which was then shared via social networks. This ultimately created web exposure for the brand.
