Click Medway - Making Things Happen

At a time when fewer adults with learning disabilities access local authority resource centers and adult education, there is a gap in support provision for leisure and educational activities which take account of individual needs and abilities.
Despite the work of some local private initiatives and charities, adults with learning disabilities, especially the more dependent on the disability spectrum, have a limited choice of specialist support to develop interests and have an enriching social life.
Click Medway's vision was to create new options of involvement in the community for adults with moderate to profound learning disabilities.
Click Medway offered adults with learning disabilities activities where they could:
- Have fun and make friends. - Develop interests and be creative. - Be on a level plane field with other disabled and non-disabled people.
