Coffee Nouveau uses simple well astablised technology specifically desinged for coffee machines. A heater is stored underneath the frame heating water while also heating a ceramic plate sitting underneath the jug keeping any coffee inside warm. To turn the water on a small switch is pressed heating the water in the heater and feeding the hot water up the pipe and into the filter.
