Cohesive book cover design

This is a hypothetical brief that I was given during my second year at University. The brief was to explore the three 'isms' and develop three complimentary book covers. I used old wood type in letterpress and then strategically scanned the results in to gain a morphed, abstract and digital feel to the letter forms. I mixed this with my typography and layout skills to gain a professional and well-explored take on the three topics that I was given.
