Communication Hub_Samsung Experience Store

500 sqm pilot store is a turnkey project of One RX Turkey and Cheil Turkey. With the concept of Communication Hub; I managed all project phases like concept creation, design pitch presentation, client communication, budget management, civil work vendor management, procurement, design, production, application and opening events. My role was Project Management Team Leader during this project and this project was a special one I managed all phases myself; with collaboration of the space design, graphic design, civil work, production and application teams.
