Developed a yearly communications plan based around internal research, as well as annual events such as; International Women’s Day and other global initiatives. Interviewed inspirational women in Hong Kong as part of a new video series, in order to attract more brand awareness. Engagement across social media channels increased by 200%, and TWF featured in the media such as The Guardian and South China Morning Post, Hong Kong’s biggest newspaper.
