•Low share of voice, mindshare and advocacy

The Solution I Brought

•Daily engagement with key influencers and loyal followers (Step 1)
•Engagement with an average of 3 influencers a day, every day
•Daily engagement with followers who liked OverGlam’s posts (Step 2):
•Engagement (likes, comments, story replies) with an average of 200 followers a day
•Increasing interactive Instagram stories (Step 3)
•Timely DM and comment replies

•Increase of on-post engagement by 5% in a week
