Company Partner Loyalty Scheme

Implemented a loyalty card scheme for all employees to attend Partner Events at notonthehighstreet.com. On the back of a company wide survey the team said that they wanted to learn more about the Partners (sellers) on the NOTHS.com platform. I developed a timetable of events to attend and a loyalty card where employees could collect stamps for a prize. It created competition and the teams all get to learn more about the Partners that sell on our platform.
