Concerto del Primo Maggio
The Concerto del Primo Maggio (May Day concert) is the biggest free live event in Italy. It is a hybrid event between a concert and a music television show: eight hours of live music, more than twenty artists playing, entirely live aired on Italian National Television (RAI network), three days of technical rehearsal, 500.000 people attending the event in Rome.
Worked for ten years on different roles having the chance to advance my career. Started as Assistant, I worked as Coordinator for the last six editions.
Main duties include: booking artists, budget management, client and suppliers management, reviewing partners and contractors’ contracts, travel logistics – booking flights and hotels, event logistics, key account assistant, dealing with everyday company queries.
