Condé Nast Britain contacted me to assist them in relaunching their I.T. helpdesk in collaboration with Zendesk, one of the world's leading customer service platforms. The brief was to create a very clear user experience so that users could easily find solutions to any issues they're having with their hardware or software, as well as allowing quick access to training, all the while designing pages that will fit seamlessly into Zendesk's existing platform. Since completion, Zendesk have approached me to be their preferred freelance designer for future projects.
