Company I work for is running confrences. At the end of every quarter when sales, marketing and research were finished we then took responsabilities to organise and event, from hiring a venue, organise food and drinks. We printed guest lists, delegate name cards and get banners for the place. In the mean time we contacted a company that build stages and sets the sound systems.
