Corinthia: The Spirit of Lisbon

This interactive film is one element of an international campaign I planned and ideated for luxury hotel icon Corinthia, bringing to life the brand's positioning that its hotels are embodiments of the cities they exist within – designed to mirror their surroundings' style, energy and history. The film follows a contemporary dancer through Lisbon's most idiosyncratic locations, bringing the city's spirit to life through evocative choreography and a specially-commissioned fado (a local genre) track. With this film, I was able to meet the client's brief to highlight local 'things to see and do' while elevating this beyond the obvious – the emotive dance-led narrative was a daring route that I'm thrilled to have taken this traditional client along.
