Brief - Create an identity for a small business.
Having chosen a convenience store, research and brainstorming led me to want to create a shop which shuns the usual strip lighting and impersonal nature of Londis, Nisa etc. Created the concept of a city convenience store with the personality of a corner shop - reliable but friendly. Led to name (Corner) and strapline (Almost Always Open) to convey these.
Created logo (simple, clean, modern and upmarket to appeal to brand-conscious millennial demographic), idea and screens for Corner Checklist app to remind shoppers what to buy when they are in the vicinity of a shop, packaging for an essentials range and a reverse graffiti ad campaign.
