An exploration of the role of spirituality and meditation in relation to science as a 'new religion'. The study of cosmology has led us to understand more than before about the birth of the universe, physics and raised many questions about who we are and how life started. As such the paintings are abstracted star maps, using colour and composition to explore harmony and balance while also allowing the viewer to contemplate their own relationship with the universe beyond our own planet.
